In light of the Coronavirus outbreak and the Governments suggestion to stay away from social gatherings and events, it is with a heavy heart that I have taken the incredibly hard decision to close The Shed for the time being.

I will look at the situation on a week to week basis to see when we can start running our fabulous classes and workshops again, but right now we feel this is the best decision to keep our lovely crafting community as safe as we can.

I can do yarn deliveries within Carlisle if you need a project, just message for more details. We can take payment over the phone and do a doorstep drop. We also have crochet hooks, knitting needles, and other haberdashery bits - just ask if you need anything dropped off.
I will be working on new designs, hopefully I will have time to do some YouTube videos to keep you entertained, and I will still be filling up your Social Media with fabulous craft ideas.

If you have a deposit or payment down on a class, I will be contacting you with your options.

If you feel you can leave your deposit/payment in place until we are back up and running again that would be extremely useful for a small business, if not it is absolutely fine to request a refund, and I will get that sorted as soon as I can.
In the meantime, keep safe, keep in touch, look after each other and see you all soon!

Sooz in The Shed is a craft workshop, based in central Carlisle (Denton Holme).

We have a ground floor location which is easy to get to via public transport with street parking nearby.

Our aim is to bring crafting to everyone - there is something for all ages and all abilities, from those who like to socially craft to those who want to challenge themselves by learning something new.

From courses, to workshops, to private parties, to social meets, we aim to offer what you desire.
